Health Services Improvement

Research and evaluation as a member of the Birmingham Rand and Cambridge Evaluation (BRACE) Centre and involvement in project run by The Health Services Improvement Institute (THIS Institute) has provided me with skills and experience in health services improvement research and rapid evaluation. Previous experiences have also involved the development of practical guidance and support for healthcare organisations on decision-making in the allocation of funds and conducting evaluations. This includes running workshops with regional NHS teams around the implementation and evaluation of women’s health hubs and the co-production of logic models for Health Innovation Network colleagues to support decision-making around winter mental health spending.
